MMB Technologies installs the systems that control who enters a building and what happens once they are inside — barriers, turnstiles, cameras, access control, attendance — and writes the software that runs behind them. We work from Lahore across Pakistan, and supply software to clients internationally.
The combination is deliberate. Most security companies install hardware and hand you someone else’s software; most software houses write systems and hope the hardware behaves. We do both, which is why integration is our responsibility rather than a risk we pass to you.

How we work with clients
We sell in three ways, and we are clear about which one applies to your enquiry:
- Retail — single products supplied and installed for homes and small businesses.
- Wholesale — trade supply to dealers, installers and contractors nationwide, with stock and technical backup. See wholesale and dealer supply.
- Project execution — turnkey delivery including survey, design, civil work, installation, commissioning, training and maintenance. See security project execution.
What we do differently
- We survey before we quote. A price given over the phone for a barrier, a camera system or a turnstile lane is a guess. We measure the lane, count the traffic, check the light at night, and quote what the site actually needs.
- We do our own civil work. Foundations, excavation, drainage and conduit are inside our scope. Splitting this between a supplier and a separate contractor is the most common cause of delay on security projects.
- We size for the environment, not the catalogue. Fingerprint readers fail in textile mills; optical smoke detectors false alarm near kitchens; undersized gate motors burn out. We specify around these realities instead of discovering them later.
- We connect the pieces. One credential can open a gate, pass a turnstile, mark attendance and feed payroll, with a camera image against every event.
- We say when something is not worth doing. If a gate needs rehanging before automation, or a system installed by someone else is better repaired than replaced, we will tell you — including when that earns us less.
Brands we work with
We are not tied to one manufacturer, so we specify what suits the site. Commonly supplied brands include Hikvision and Dahua for CCTV and ANPR, ZKTeco for access control and attendance, Centurion and Powertech for barriers and gate automation, and Nemtek for electric fencing. Where you already have a standard, we work within it.
Service and support
Installation is the start of the relationship, not the end. We provide warranty service, hold stock of the parts that fail most often, and offer annual maintenance contracts covering scheduled servicing, priority response and labour. Within Lahore we generally attend the same or the next working day; elsewhere in Pakistan, response time is agreed in the contract.

Do you work outside Lahore?
Yes. We execute projects across Pakistan and supply dealers and contractors nationwide.
Do you work with international clients?
For software, yes — with remote implementation, training and support. Hardware installation is a Pakistan service, though we supply equipment for projects abroad where a local installer is in place.
Can we see a working installation before deciding?
In most sectors, yes, where the client agrees. Tell us the system you are evaluating and we will arrange a reference or a site visit. See projects and case studies.
Can you take over a system another company installed?
Yes. We survey it, report honestly on what is serviceable, replace what has failed and maintain it afterwards.
